Terms and Privacy — Cap 100

By using Cap 100 you agree to these terms and our privacy practices.

The service. Cap 100 is a free historical NBA draft game for entertainment. Features, scoring, models, ratings, and leaderboards may change, reset, or be unavailable at any time.

Accounts and acceptable use. You are responsible for your account and for keeping sign-in details secure. Provide accurate information and a display name that does not impersonate others or violate the law. Do not abuse the service, interfere with other players, attempt to hack or scrape in ways that harm the game, or use Cap 100 for anything illegal. Competitive play must follow Fair Play.

Disclaimer. Historical stats and projections are approximate and for fun. Cap 100 is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the game, ratings, or downtime.

Account and gameplay data. If you sign in, we store authentication details through Supabase (such as email or Google identifiers) and the display name you choose. We keep draft and duel results needed to run the game: scores, lineups, records, Elo and placement progress for rated 1v1, and match history for Stats and Recent games.

Ads, cookies, and analytics. Cap 100 shows ads via Google AdSense when an ad unit is configured. Ad partners can use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. We also use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) for pageviews, referrers, and coarse product signals without personal identifiers. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and updates. Account and gameplay records are kept while the service needs them for leaderboards, ratings, and history. Continuing to use Cap 100 after updates means you accept revised terms when they are posted here. Privacy questions: support@cap100game.com.
